Meet our leadership team who are responsible for the facilitation and delivery of our training courses which enhance the skills of employees and enable companies to thrive. At Positive2Work Skillnet we work in close partnership with our members to ensure all our courses add value to their business.

Gráinne O'Boyle

Director

Grainne’s background is in Psychology and she is a HR professional with over 20 years experience at senior level in the corporate sector. She formerly worked as Head of Employee Relations and Safety in eir Group and is now an independent consultant working with  organisations through transformation and change. She is a believer in Life Long Learning and is a graduate of Keele University having obtained an MA in Industrial Relations and HR. She is also a graduate of University College Dublin with an MSc in Occupational Health and Safety.

Paul Cummings

Director

With over 20 years in Human Resources Paul has led Learning & Development functions across a variety of industries spanning Retail, Financial Services, Banking, Logistics both nationally and internationally. He has designed and delivered programmes across a wide range of scales and subject matter, including cultural, technical, professional and core business skills using multiple channels and methodologies. He holds a firm belief that supporting the development of people, both professionally and personally, is a critical success factor for organisations. Paul recognises the Skillnet Ireland model as an essential component in the continued support of individuals, organisations and Ireland Inc. to sustain a key competitive differentiator, which is a commitment to lifelong learning.

Mark Brennan

Network Manager

Mark joined Positive2Work in 2008, with an extensive background in learning and development, sales and account management over his 22 year career. As a qualified trainer and Learning and Development Director, Mark has worked with many of Ireland’s leading edge employers, micro SMEs and also with job seekers and fully understands the ever changing learning needs of organisations, no matter the size. Through his time with Positive2Work, Mark has seen it grown extensively and been awarded two national training awards.

Christine Campbell

Network Administrator

Christine has been with Positive2Work Skillnet since 2012, providing financial accounting and project administration support. Herself a qualified trainer and account manager with 20 years experience, Christine understands the need to provide expert, quality-led business support. Christine has designed and delivered tailored management training programmes across Ireland and is an accredited external certification assessor.

 

Lorraine Parkes

Steering Committee Member

A graduate of DCU and UCD, Lorraine  is a Senior Executive Ibec’s Knowledge Centre which provides a specialist advisory and information service to members on employment law, HR and other employment related issues affecting HR management.

Our Steering Group

The Steering Group is responsible for:

  • Delivering the overall stratgey of the network
  • Guiding, overseeing and supporting the network management team
  • Providing leadership and making key decisions, including all budgetry matters
  • Evaluating progress
