Course overview

With over 25 employment Acts and significant changes to employment legislation in recent years, the legal environment in which an employer operates has become very complex.

Along with this is a much changed workforce due to social and economic changes as well as an increased “compensation” culture generally.

This course will help you to understand the ‘big picture’ of employment legislation from an employers perspective.
