Positive2Work Skillnet’s Summer 2026 training schedule offers a comprehensive range of leadership, business, and digital skills programmes designed to help organisations develop talent, enhance productivity, and build future-ready workforces.

As organisations continue to navigate changing workplace demands, investing in employee development remains a key driver of business success. The Summer 2026 programme has been carefully designed to provide practical, workplace focused learning opportunities that deliver immediate impact for both individuals and organisations.

Recognising the growing importance of digital capability across all sectors, Positive2Work Skillnet is also delivering a suite of digital skills programmes throughout June and July. These include Introduction to Excel, Intermediate Excel, Advanced Excel, Introduction to Power BI, and AI Co Pilot.

These digital learning opportunities are designed to help employees build confidence in using data, automation, and emerging technologies to improve performance and streamline everyday work processes. In particular, the AI Productivity programme will provide practical guidance on leveraging artificial intelligence tools to enhance efficiency, support decision-making, and increase productivity in the workplace.
