Positive2Work Skillnet has launched it’s Spring 2026 training calendar, offering a range of practical programmes, designed to help organisations strengthen workplace capability, leadership confidence, and everyday productivity.
Our spring schedule has been designed to give organisations practical development opportunities that deliver immediate workplace impact. Whether the goal is strengthening management capability, improving communication, or building digital confidence, these programmes support both individual growth and organisational performance.
The new schedule focuses on practical business skills that your team can apply immediately. Running throughout April and May, the schedule blends core management development with essential digital and interpersonal skills.
From People Management and Employment Law to Presentation Skills, Business Writing, and Customer Service, the spring programme supports professionals at all stages of their career. Courses such as Finance for Non-Financial Managers, Assertiveness, and Personal Effectiveness & Time Management are designed to help employees build confidence, make better decisions, and work more efficiently.
The schedule also includes a number of digital skills sessions, including Excel training at Introductory and Intermediate levels, Introduction to Power BI, and AI productivity training with Copilot, equipping teams with the tools they need to operate effectively in a data driven, technology enabled workplace.
For those looking to build deeper operational expertise, the schedule also features a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (QQI Level 7), supporting organisations in developing continuous improvement capability. Alongside this, we are offering the very popular PRINCE2® Foundation & Practitioner programme, that teaches the core principles, themes and processes needed to run projects effectively.
Organisations interested in developing their teams can now register for upcoming sessions across April and May. Stay tuned to our website as we are always adding more programmes to meet the demand of our members.
